Donation Terms and Conditions

These terms govern donations made to the Chaîne des Foyers Saint-Nicodème through this site.

Any donation is a voluntary and irrevocable act. Donations can be one-time or recurring.

Funds collected are allocated to the reception, protection, education, training and reintegration of vulnerable children and youth.

A receipt is automatically issued for each donation. This receipt can be used under applicable tax legislation.

Donations are non-refundable, except in case of proven technical error. In case of dispute, contact us at direction.saintnicodeme@gmail.com.

Transactions are secured by our payment partners (Stripe, Campay). No banking data is stored on our servers.
